National Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

We ship our goods to all NZ locations.

Items available ex stock will be shipped within 1-2 days from order, Monday – Friday excluding public holidays, and 2-3 weeks over Christmas and New Year.

Items Made to Order will be shipped within the period indicated in the items detail.

Orders $50 or more including GST are shipped free.

A rural surcharge applies to all items bigger than 1.5mt.

Waiheke, Chatham and Stewart Islands are treated as Rural.

We use couriers for all goods up to 1.4mt (excluding Glassboards).

All items larger than 1.4mt (and all Glassboards) are dispatched via truck.

Standard delivery is to the ground floor on multi-level buildings. If your location is not the ground floor then a surcharge may apply. Please consider carefully whether or not the goods will fit into the buildings lift. Before dispatching we will ring you to discuss your order to confirm access.

For rural deliveries, we can send your order to either a farm supply store or to our transporters depot.



FRAGILE GOODS WAIVER

Whiteboards and Pinboards are fragile and can be damaged during transport.

If your order arrives obviously damaged either refuse delivery or sign delivery as damaged.

Whether or not the package is damaged please open the parcels and inspect the goods for damage
within 24 hours (preferably the same day).
This is very important

If the goods have been DAMAGED - WITHIN 24 HOURS of receipt please advise us and
email us photos of the product and packaging showing the damage.

If the above procedures are followed we can make a claim on the transporter and be in a position to replace your goods. We will discuss the remedial actions with you when you advise us of the damage. Please keep the packaging so the damaged goods can be repackaged as usually the transporter will collect the damaged item and return it to us.

Failure to follow these instructions may result in forfeit of replacement goods.



RETURNS

To arrange the return of any items purchased please contact us first

RETURNS - GOODS ARRIVED DAMAGED

Please refer to Fragile Goods Waiver on first page.

We will replace the goods if these procedures are followed and we can make a claim on the carrier.


RETURNS - INCORRECT GOODS RECEIVED

Please email us on [email protected] or phone us on 09 576 4830 to arrange replacement goods.

We will arrange to collect the incorrect goods and ask that you package them back into the packaging they were supplied in.


RETURNS - YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND

a) Standard Product. We can credit back your goods as long as we receive them in as new saleable condition. You are responsible to freight the goods back to us. If the goods are received in as new saleable condition we will credit you the purchase amount less the cost of freight less a 20% re-stocking fee.


b) Custom Product  Sorry we cannot credit back any goods that are custom made. This includes all pinboards where you have selected a colour. If you are unsure please contact us to discuss by email or phone.
